"Rakuchuan Beef Noodles" is a dish that combines carefully selected Japanese ingredients with traditional Taiwanese beef noodles, and is simmered slowly for a long period of time to achieve a deep flavor.

The "hongshao" style has a nostalgic taste that is fondly remembered by Taiwanese people, and when combined with Rakusen's pure rice noodles, it creates a new texture and flavor. Rakusen imports its pure rice noodles, made from 100% pure rice and containing no additives, from Hualien, Taiwan, achieving both deliciousness and health.

"Brew rice" is a classic dish loved by Taiwanese families, and every Taiwanese family has their own original recipe. Le Chuan's braised pork rice is made with carefully selected pork belly and red onions, and its light sweetness will whet your appetite.
