Regarding the "point exchange machine" located next to the information counter,
The points exchange service will end on Monday, March 31, 2025 .

For information about "OkiDoki Points" and "JR Kyupo", which were supported through the point exchange machine, please see below.

■ JR Cupo ■

After April 2025, points will no longer be able to be exchanged for shopping vouchers using point exchange machines .

If you have the JR Kyupo app, you can use your points at AMU PLAZA Kumamoto, with 1 point being worth 1 yen.

*Some stores are not eligible. Please see below for details of stores that are not eligible.

Point exchange at AMU PLAZA Kumamoto will end on Monday, March 31, 2025.
