Harada Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. decided to develop a brand that could be stored for a long time, based on the idea that "for a small brewery to survive, we need to produce delicious brown sugar shochu that reflects the unique character of our brewery."

It is made by blending raw liquor that has been stored and aged in tanks for over five years with raw liquor that has been aged for over five years in oak barrels to develop its aroma and flavor.

The longer it ages, the more flavorful it becomes and the smoother it becomes.
